Internships

Opportunities for interns

You may also wish to explore the many ongoing volunteer opportunities offered by San Elijo Lagoon Conservancy.

Internships are available across many of our programs. Interns are asked to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, and a 3 month commitment is requested, as significant training and orientation is involved. These opportunities are a mix of office and field work. School credit is available if offered by your learning institution. Our internship positions have flexible hours based on your school/work schedules. Work would be based out of our Cardiff-by-the-Sea office.

Conservancy internships are fun, rewarding and great resume builders. You'll be working with a great team of professionals in a community that truly loves it's Lagoon.

To apply, email your resume and a well-written cover letter to the designated managing staff person. Please note in the subject line to which internship you are applying.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
