Sightings, by Sam Keen
This lovely little book about birds takes at times a humorous and at other times a contemplative look at our relationship to our feathered friends. A light read, it does offer great depths and insights into the spiritual healing a healthy relationship with mother nature offers. Despite its slight East Coast bias, the book is a delight for any nature lover anywhere.
