Western Fence Lizard at San Elijo Lagoon

Every observation can contribute to biodiversity science using the iNaturalist App.

The iNaturalist City Nature Challenge: San Diego is part of a global competition to see which region can record the greatest number of observations of their local wild plants and animals using the iNaturalist App.

From April 26-29, theNat is spearheading the San Diego County region to encourage the documentation of as many species as possible using iNaturalist. San Elijo Lagoon Conservancy is partnering in this biodiversity blitz.
