We value you as a dedicated member of our Legacy Circle. The Legacy Circle is comprised of forward-thinking individuals, like you, who have opted to make your core values known through one of the many different types of planned gifts.

Future generations of environmental stewards are nurtured now, and always, all because you are naming San Elijo Lagoon Conservancy as a beneficiary in your estate plans or by making a life-income gift.

Legacy Circle members receive invitations to special events as well as the opportunity to receive formal acknowledgment in our annual listing of benefactors. Most people become members of our Legacy Circle simply by letting us know that you have remembered San Elijo Lagoon Conservancy in your will or living trust. You are eligible for complimentary membership in Legacy Circle if you include and designate the Conservancy in:

  • Your will or living trust
  • As a beneficiary of your retirement plan
  • Your IRA to give a tax-free gift with a charitable IRA rollover
